Somehow, in order to disguise the fact that a car is TINY, they have to make it look STUPID.

I'll bet you could get grouper rates on your auto insurance...even if you've been in a finder bender or two. I think the mileage estimates my be a little puffered up. I hope this idea sells as I'd hate to see the dealers go belly-up...it wouldn't serve any good porpoise.

Oh man - is this what we get with the Democrats in power now? Ugh. Do we have to eat broccoli bars while we drive this thing?

Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to drive a fish, and he will be laughed at for life!

Well, it's certainly all organic and green.

"The vehicle also uses a new diesel filter technology . . . A mixture based on animal urine is sprayed into the exhaust system, neutralizing the nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water."

They don't say how much it costs. I wouldn't want to pay Daimler prices for an economy car.

Germans are tropical fish afficionados. They can drive fishy cars in Germany - not here.

Looks like a Prius....

Highly aerodynamic designs all tend to resemble one another, going back to the "Scarab" concept vehicle of the 1930's.

Aerodynamics is a minor factor until road speed exceeds about 40 mph, and by the time the vehicle reaches 100 mph, this same characteristic becomes the vastly predominant most important factor in fuel consumption. Weight is only a factor when accelerating, not once the vehicle is up to speed. Friction losses, like within a reciprocating engine, or gear-to-gear, or at bearings, may be largely engineered out, but not elimated entirely with our present technology.
