True conservatives never subscribed to that overpriced birdcage liner in the first place.

Harold Ford Jr will probably run again in 2008.

Time and Newsweek run rings around the WS and NR.
As does the rest of the MSM, we have ZERO conservative publications with ZERO abilities to educate the public.
Another failure of Conservatives.

Probably so. Trying for Lamar's seat?............

The Corker campaign and conservative talk radio in Tennessee finally revealed Ford's very liberal voting record in the final days of the campaign. When Harold runs again, his opponent will take the gloves off early, and have Ford's ADA and ACU lifetime voting records plastered all over the television ads.
Harold can run but, next time, he won't be allowed to hide.

"Harold Ford Jr will probably run again in 2008."If his newly discovered Lord and Savior doesn't call him home first. My skin crawls watching him doing commercials in church and talking about his religion. He's a campaign Christian as much as he's a campaign Conservative. He votes with the athiests and the liberals when he's in his home district of Washington DC.

Neocons are not conservatives. I think we have all known that for some time now.

It ought to be obvious to us all by now that everybody knew what was going to happen Tuesday except us voters. Senator Cornyn mentioned on FNC yesterday that he spoke with the new SecDef "a couple days ago" - a timeline that would have put that conversation prior to any polls losing. Kristol has been sounding the alarm for many months.
We won't get fooled again.

Clinton-Obama would be every conservative's dream Gimmecrat ticket, as long as we have a good counter.
How about Pence/Hayworth ?

I am still trying to find her number before Ford calls her. :)

Loser Fred Barnes and Whiner Bill Kristol are the two main reasons I could never bring myself to subscribe to this schlock. Kristol smiles like the village idiot as the Republicans self-destruct....amazing!

Tester and Webb won their seats by the narrowest of margins. We needed everybody pulling together the last two weeks.
Kristol and The Standard were helping Chuck Schumer's cause by trying to portray the "centrist" Dim candidates as worthy of being elected.
To: colonel mosby
Kristol and The Weak-ly Standard are not Republicans and have never been they have supported the left to the extent they helped with the loss to the al Qaeda supporters that won the last election.

In my opinion they helped elect a pedophile or a Homosexual and this scares me. I base that solely on his writings.
