But The W.S. Never used to be "as bad" as I have found it within the last 1 year. HALF of the Regular and Recognizable "Conservative" Mags/ Sites use be
"laced" with some very Confusing if not Distrubing AND Contradictory "Comments" too. But....
My "SHORT-VERSION" answer :
---- Yes Virginia ; there ARE " Liberal Trolls " ( AND Appeasers! "posers") right in the HEART of Conservative ; Mags,Reporting/Blogs/(like F.R. even), and News Cable-( did I mention Conservative Mags yet?!)
How ELSE can you explain some of the relatively recent
" NEGATIVE " comments by these Freshly Hired Editors/reporters/ commentators? Mmm?
How else can you explain the rash of NEW " Egg-Head- Head-scratchers " Conservative Pundits that have been popping out all over the last 6-8 years?
( and of course- I am NOT saying "ALL" of them are either- to cut off any other ding-a-ling " "gotta add SOME comment to every post" type busy body , or TROLL who would suggest that here!)
It IS the ONLY Explanation as to explain Some of the GROWING Negative and Anti-Productive comments made FROM supposedly " Conservative Corners " of the media!
THAT- and some AGING Conservatives are falling into the liberal trap of " wanting to be LIKED" or appear as " Look!: I am REALLY a FAIR commentator!- I can EVEN PICK ON MY OWN Party and FRIENDS! ( Gee--sounds like McShame!! from AZ.)
----AND YES : The Medai has Gotten FAR WORSE!- Totally OUT OF CONTROL!!
They SEE they have "gotten away with it!" and the American people didn't even BLINK! So...it is ONLY GOING TO STAY & GET WORSE!! ( they CAN'T LET UP NOW!- it would be noticed! and then too hard to Correct again!)

Can I get a big " You're RIGHT! " on this one point?
I mean-- this IS Nothing "New"- but this LAST ELECTION!! Well- blow me AWAY with their TOTAL LACK OF ANY PRETENSE the media shown on this election , or on even TRYING to look " Fair" and impartial!! ( WABCNEWS- Rush/Hannity/Mark's Main "parent" Station!! Amazing!!)
Well--it Also looks that while "Conservatives"; and their
pundits, spokespeople, talk show heads, and analysis's were doing a " FAIR Job "in " Exposing Liberal Media and Bias and their Main LEADERS in Print and Cable " and doing a " Fair Job " in pointing out how they were UN-Balanced in their "interviewing/presenting/reporting of BOTH PARTIES & THEIR ISSUES-- "Conservatives" IN THE MEDIA- and many of us too- have done a TERRIBLE JOB in watching the " WHO " ; as in, " WHO FROM THE LIBERAL PHILOSOPHY-SIDE has been "Sneaking In " under the Radar IN CONSERVATIVE CIRCLES like : The W.S., Even FOX NEWS, and other Normally GREAT Bastions of Conservative reporting!
Remember the National Review NEGATIVE "Comment" ; after the ;
" Get Muthra Out ", " Support Our Troops Rally " , ANNNNNNND
especially their NEGATIVE COMMENTS concerning the GRASS-ROOTS-Man-on-the-Street-RIGHT-to-Protest Rally :
----" BOYCOTT THE N.Y. SLIMES!!"
Who else here went to that " BOYCOTT THE SLIMES " Rally?
What other Freeper went to exercise THEIR FREEDOM OF POLITICAL EXPRESSION and SPEECH! that day!

REMEMBER HOW some here actually tried to MAKE EXCUSES for that "Comment" actually even MAKING INTO PRINT! on that mag!?- Excuses like,
"..well..it wasn't like it was FROM the editor or such- it was PROBABLY put in by one person IN A COLLECTION OF COMMENATATORS who "WRITE" for N.R.!! or Probly want to try to make a name for themsleves..."
The POINT BEING : no matter WHAT "excuses" people came up with, is that; IT MADE IT INTO A MAIN , CONSERVATIVE Mag!!
National Review is a RECOGNIZED!- National- and PUSHED BY CONSERVATIVE BLOGS on the "link-Sections" too!
Now-- I agree whole heartedly with BeHoldAPaleHorse's comment of the W.S. being an " overpriced " bird cage liner " of a paper-
but remember-- like ALL "MEDIA" that comes out presenting itself AS being "Conservative"-- It WILL BE READ "INTO" it as being Conservative BY OTHERS who may be "NEW" to the Political World. These NEW , Young, Conservatives will THINK that some of these mags are REALLY
the "stand" of True Conservatives!
About the " Bring back the Reagan Conservatives!! "
Well-- remember back THEN- Conservatives would POUNCE!! ATTACK!! the Media ALL DAY LONG!!! and point out to the AMERICAN PUBLIC on what their un-fair tactics were!
Plus- back then; we had a CONTRACT ( Contract with America) !
