Looks like motorists will see their CA "car tax" re-instated...for the good of the environment, of course.

Deja vu all over again. Next cycle he'll be campaigning for Governor and Linda Ronstadt tunes will be popular. Meanwhile to think this s.o.b. is the state's top legal apparatchik should be terrifying to all lovers of liberty. I'll live in fear of the global warming "regulations" he and the Governator cook up. I'm looking for greener pastures -- California's too special for "little people" like me anyhow.

FYI
Brown said he expects nothing to come of a lawsuit filed by state Republican leaders, and financed by the California Republican Party, challenging his eligibility to be attorney general.

“I bet not one in a hundred lawyers would agree” with the plaintiff’s claims, he said.

In the lawsuit, plaintiffs Thomas G. Del Beccaro . . .

The requirements seem pretty cut and dried, seems likes the case would be easy to decide. That being California, not sure it would matter though.

Brown........told the MetNews he wants regulations that are “practical, defendable and effective.”

Wow! An oxymoron from a full-bore moron!

We're screwed. I'm in the process of buying a home here in NorCal and I'm scared as hell. The people in this state are just plain stupid. We re-called a corrupt p.o.s. governor and replaced him with a Hollywood facade of a Republican. We could've elected Tom McClintock. The state is in a democrat death grip. The California Republicans for Arnold Party (C.R.A.P. for short) is a joke. For the second time in as many elections the brilliant sheeple of this state just shot down the idea that a 12 year old girl should notify her parents if she is seeking to kill her unborn child.

UNGGGHHHH!

Jerry Brown will also be in charge of the state's gun laws and will be in a position to make things miserable for gun sellers and buyers.
