You're right. I tried sushi, but was never keen on it.
Most people either love it or hate it. I once tried Steak Tartare..raw chopped meat is not exactly mouth watering either.

That's it! A little vino, some good bread and good demi tasse with Sambuca. What else is there in life?

I love sushi. Steak tartare is sweet tasting when done right. I don't eat that stuff often but I do like it. I try to eat a little of everything.

You know what they say...everything in moderation.
One of my daughter's clients (she's a personal trainer while attending college)is a Japanese man who owns an upscale restaurant in NY. (Cannot recall the name.)He treated her to lunch there and the prices were through the roof. Anyway, she was served sushi. She said she ate it to be polite, but I guess it's in the genes....it was a huge let-down for her.

"Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production"
This pretty much sums it all up. I finally rejected my very liberal education in a couple of so-called "elite" finishing schools (including HAHvahd) when I finally realized that this is what all of "liberalism" has become. It took me too long, but I finally grasped this simple point.
