Going to die in committee.

A deal will be cut and Bolton will withdraw his nomination.

The hair plugs are exploding out of Biden's head at this news.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Now that IS funny. Joe Biden also needs more such explosions. Musch of his hair did not fall out to be replaced by hair plugs, it just grew inward!!!!!!

Barely 1/2 of Americans who are eligible to vote are not even registered.

"It is in their best interests to keep "the people" stupid and dependent. Why so many folks can't see through that act is beyond my comprehension."

Exactly!

Anyone who thinks President Bush will pull out of Iraq and destroy everything he has fought for, and our military heros have fought and died for, just because the Democrats took over Congress is either too stupid, or too blinded by bias to even try to discuss issues with.

I'll remember that next time I see anything you post, steve. Stay away. Irrational.

>Why the hurry?
"Bush is throwing him to the wolves as part of a series of moves designed to placate the Democrats."

Well my sarcasm aside why not, kinder-gentler & all that.
Thing is I'd pray to the good Lord in Heaven the man would, by now, have figured out one cannot placate rabid, insane Liberal-Socialist liars, thieves & perverts regardless how sweet they smile for the cameras.

Know what I'd *like* to see?
The Liberal-Socialist contingent -- led by Nacy-Nancy Bellosi -- come to the White House to present the next budget, come out to the Rose Garden to announce an agreement to the quisling media, then when interviewed the POTUS calmly says they *never* reached any agreement whatsoever.
~eh? ;^)
Just dreaming-just dreaming.

"I wouldn't be surprised at this point if he withdrew from Iraq and proposed a universal health care plan."

Nor would I; however, I'm compelled to wait 'n see what he does or doesn't do.
Give everyone the benefit of the doubt first, hang 'em second.
That's just my style. ;^)

"Expect the worst."

Always do.

...hell, I'm a realist. {g}

Hell, Bush is already salivating that his awful "amnesty" plan will now become a reality. The conservative GOP members have been successfully defeated in this debate, and you can tell Bush is happy about it.

Next, he'll flip on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. Either that, or he'll come out of the closet as a Democrat.

Thinking someone is going to do something and not being surprised if someone does something are two different things. It seems to me the blind and stupid one is the one trying to mischaracterize another's statements.

I say don't nominate anyone if Bolton is rejected.

Abstain from representation in the UN unless the Dems are serious about rooting out the corruption there. Bolton is the ideal person for that job.

That would be a great place to start the next stage of debate in this country.

Of course he's happy! He finally has a Congress that shares his ideological views!

Bolton will be confirmed, and quickly. Bush traded Rummy for Bolton, and it has been planned for some time.

Then why did Frist and Lugar both tell the press today that a VOTE OF BOLTON would NOT be held this year.

Let's see........who do I trust? A man who has proven his unassailable integrity for six years under extreme pressure, or a guy named after a kind of beer who bloviates on an Internet forum??

Tough call. But I'll support the Commander in Chief and take you for what your opinion is worth...........absolutely nothing.

This is what you said, and it's insane.

Call me blind and stupid all you want. You're the one who made an irrational, idiotic comment based on nothing but thin air, and then expects people to take you seriously.

Fortunately, most people on this forum are sane, and guys like you are a tiny minority.
