Ok, so assume he'll pick up 350 votes in Meagher, and 550 in Fergus. That's 900 votes, which puts him at -1152. If he maintains 51-47 in yellowstone he'll pick up another 2000. Gallatin he could also pick up another 400.

Anybody know if there are absentee or overseas military ballots yet to be counted in Montana? Those usually favor the GOP.

That's pretty much my math too. Gallatin could be better than that if it falls closer in line with 2000 - Burns took Gallatin by 2,267 in 2000.
