The government can't even figure out a way to regulate internet gambling -- and the incentive there is HUGE because there's so much money at stake.

With satellite radio and internet media, you can get broadcasts -- clear as a bell -- that are emanating from anywhere in the world.

Here's a good example of what I mean . . . a friend of mine in Canada had a satellite radio subscription five years before he was "allowed" to have it under Canadian law. That means the Canadian government was no more capable of regulating satellite radio units than they were of regulating those 5 million unregistered firearms.
