Here's a good example of what I mean . . . a friend of mine in Canada had a satellite radio subscription five years before he was "allowed" to have it under Canadian law. That means the Canadian government was no more capable of regulating satellite radio units than they were of regulating those 5 million unregistered firearms.
Regulating gambling has no benefit to Dems. Regulating satellite radio and internet media does. Don't you think they would want to stop sites like FreeRepublic? Hell, even our own party supported CFR! Regulating the new media is only a matter of time.
