You know secretly McCain is doing the happy dance about tonight. It helps his Presidential chances. Helps Romney and Giuliani, too. Destroys Allen. Probably hurts Hillary a lot - because two years of Speaker Pelosi's sound bites are going to be hard to stand in solidarity with on the campaign trail.
I don't get emotional about politics any more, since it's just another carefully produced news pageant. America always rises above the folly of its elected represntatives.

Today's results don't help Giuliani at all. In fact, today is devastating to any chances he had in a 2008 presidential election.
Most of the Republicans who have lost today are the "moderate" types that Giuliani's supporters claim are vital for the party's success.
