"I hate to say it, but it's the loss of the ability to communicate a coherent vision, which is responsible. Ronald Reagan would not have presided over this debacle. Because even liberals, respected him. Because he stood firmly and without wavering for what was RIGHT."

Santorum did that. It didn't work.

I agree with Vicomte13. I think these liberals have multiplied like rabbits (look, they're advocating free sex, and paying for everyone's unplanned family, what do you expect!) and succeeded in brainwashing a couple of generations through the publick screwel system into their liberal mindset, and this is what you get. A clear REJECTION of what is right and good for society, in favor of what is 'expedient' and favors the unrestrained appetites of irresponsible people.

...point out a few chicken-shit items ($200 Million for a bridge, stupid as it is, doesn't damned well matter when we're talking about a $3 Trillion budget).

Oh, $200 million isn't worth whining about?!? You must have a helluva income. $200 million to me is, well, $200 million regardless of a $3 trillion budget. $200 million here, and $200 million there, and pretty soon it starts adding up to real money!

"I cannot get myself to utter the words Speaker Pelosi, I just can't. I'm almost crying."

Listen, don't sweat it. Liberals are a coalition party. Now that they are there, they have to make it work, and that isn't going to happen now that they have morphed themselves into conservatives.

All they are going to do is embarrass themselves. On top of that, one of the idiots in the middle east will overplay their hand and the liberals will scream for invasion. There's also Russia and China. Libs aren't up to it, and the current crop of R's got lazy.

PS To my NJ friends , Menendez the mob crook is already passing around forms in local schools offering FREE health care to the local "poor " people, There goes my pay check.

That will not happen. If the Democrat House moves too far left, they will falter and lose all their gains in 2008. They have to decide: their base or the mainstream?

Oh man, ABC News has Webb on top of Allen right now, with 99% reporting. It's less than a 3,000 vote lead.

Ronald Reagan presided over a worse debacle in 1986.

That's true and worth repeating!

That's more of a reflection on a lazy, entertainment-oriented cultus with atrophied critical thinking skills than on Senator Santorum.

Tonight, America got what she deserved. May God have mercy on her.

You are right. I can get Malkin online and Coulter too. We have FR for most of our needs..not to mention the great ones Rush and Levin.

Who needs Mr Fairly unbalanced O'Reilley...I certainly do not.
