It doesn't sink.

Maybe after Pelosi become speaker of the house it will finally sink in.

The GOP illegal immigration policy produced a large headwind that ALL gop candidates had to contend with. It affected those that were in close races the most.

I really don't know how else to explain it to you.

The terrorists have had tremendous success picking off our allies with attacks in their cities. Not to mention the lily livered Dems here at home.

They don't have to attack here. A few more riots in France. Bombs in London.

But didn't you know the biggest threat to our lives was not passing the marrage amendment? No wonder we lost.

I tried to convince a fellow Republican that when pubbies veer left in an attempt to pick up votes, they lose their base. I didn't want to be able to say "told ya so". Sadly, i now have the proof...

-

The votes have all been cast.

There's no more need to be nice. No longer do those who feel betrayed, have need to tow the party line.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. No more weenie moderates. No more amnesty, and no more "comprehensive" anything.

Just solid, clear principles, spoken with conviction.

Without the House I predict the RINO's will gain more power in the Senate and jerks like McInsane and his "boy" Graham-cracker will make deals to do left wing "moderate" things like increase the minimum wage, whine about cable bills, ignore illegal immigration, lose the war, etc.

That list looks difficult to defeat. I am glad that you are getting us started early. I think this will take a lot of work. Those names seem like main players in the democratic party.

If they control, they will actually have to DO something. And I'm quite certain that when the electorate hears exactly what they want to DO, there will be some consternation.

It won't matter a whit. The ONLY thing that matters at this time in our world, and at this time on our political stage is: CONTROL!

On a thread somewhere around in this maze it reported that they were having a lot of trouble where votes for Santorum were registering for Casey, but since Santorum already conceded how will they handle that? The same thing happened in another couple of States too, of course to the benefit of the DemocRATs in each case. There's also the problem of precincts running out of ballots in several places.

This has got to have been the most crooked election I've ever seen.

You can expect more trashing of the troops now. Prepare yourself.

That and more attacks on our own soil.

And, an instant 30-40 million illegals becoming citizens. Second amendment in jeopardy, so many more tribulations when you stop to think about socialist and communist running this country soon.

Never mind, all the things I just stated has already BEEN happening. This sucks big time. *sigh*

The Islamo-fascists have won, and it took, among other attacks but, mostly 9.11.01 and 6 years of propaganda to defeat the USA into submission/ end panic mode

Oh, for Christ's sake - I invite you to go to the OMB and read the damned budget, line for line. I have. Discretionary spending has basically, other than defense and homeland security, flatlined. What's gone up is Medicare and Social Security - and the President was the only national politician with the courage to take on Social Security.

Yeah, he agreed to that stupid Medicare drug benefit but, let's be frank, under a Democrat it would have been even more expansive.

You - and a lot of people here - have been taken in by a fraud, a mind trick, perpetuated by the traitors in the mainstream media - and some of their "conservative" confederates. They whine, generically, about "big spending" and, when asked for examples, point out a few chicken-shit items ($200 Million for a bridge, stupid as it is, doesn't damned well matter when we're talking about a $3 Trillion budget).

You and all of those who have spread the lies about this Administration, and undermined in public morale, are complicit in the triumph of the forces of evil which we are witnessing tonight.
