And quiet.
Maybe a bit TOO quiet.

Good for you!! Drive safely and happy voting. We are so lucky to live in this country.

Outstanding! It's going to be a long day and then a long night!

It's dark here too but at 6 I am off to work the polls which is always an interesting experience. We are using the new Diebold machines which I love. It beats counting paper ballots!! In the primaries, we only had a couple of people that complained but those people ALWAYS complain!
Good luck to everyone...Go Repubicans!! Especially Conservatives!
AND call everyone you know (Repubs only) and make sure they vote!!

OK, if your looking for "omens", my kid's had a homework assignment where they had to identify and color the different states within the United States of America. We put it on one of their doors. When I glanced at the map a few minutes ago, I noticed Florida had been colored "Red". I noticed most of the states have been colored red. So if I go by this, Republicans will hold both the Senate and the House by a few seats and the Dims will be left knashing their teeth.
Hey, this is just as accurate as any poll by CNN or quoted by Chris Matthews.

Good Morning all. It is a little past 2am here in Northern California. I actually haven't fallen asleep yet. Too excited/nervous about today. I plan to be the first one at my polling place this morning. I don't think I can sleep until I cast my vote. Praying for a good outcome. Everyone be safe.

Off to watch the polls for Jim Gerlach here in PA 6. Let's see if we can't bring it home for him. And while we're at it, maybe we can drag Santorum across the line, too. Let's have the leftists crying in their wine spritzers tonight!

Remember any exit poll that is "released" is meant to tamp down on GOP voter turnout.
One would think after the debacles in exit polls in 2000, 02, and 04, that most people would be on to the libs and drive medias tricks, but I'm guessing there will be some on FR who will go into "panic" mode, be they either naive or DUmmie moles.

I won't make it to the polls until about 5:30 or 6:00 this evening; hope they're still open for me.

6 am here in Marietta, Ga. I will be walking across the street to my polling location in just a few minutes. It's raining here, so I don't expect any dims to be there ....... at least not until they get up at the crack of noon. I will report back in before I head to work.
