Actually, there are several people with XXY, XYY, XXX or XXYY chromosomes.Whatever genitalia one has should dictate which public restroom one gets to use.
Changing the birth certificate should be a no, no unless you have gone through "gender reassignment" surgery.
I don't care if Joe wants to pretend he's Josephine. As long as he doesn't demand that I acknowledge him as a her.

I appreciate it. However, I do not have military service. My FR name is a tribute to my relatives who served in the USAAC/USAAF.

"That brings up a question: what is post-grad history? Is it more like a bigger bucket or a finer sieve?"
Well, when some of my professors on the graduate level taught, it did require a bucket for the students to contain projectile vomiting.

Muchas gracias and hags back to ya.
Well, my lunch break is over; back to pushing paper.
I shall return after work to keep an eye on the election frenzy.

Let' see... even if we passed a constitution amendment to limit marriage between a MAN and a WOMAN. But then if you can change your gender from a man* to a WOMAN - legally - in New York City...
That would mean... the amendments would USELESS????

Ah, you see, that is part of it too.
Once "she" has a piece of paper saying he is a she, you will be committing hate speech by asserting otherwise.
And the funny thing is, once it's The Law, Americans will obey it. The Law is the true American idol.

:)... in that case... it all means that we have keep fighting and probably
GET MORE ORGANIZED... just so we keep the homosexuals in check!
Do they really think this will fly?.... are we such a weird country full of freaks, that we allow this to happen? I don't think so.
One thing is for sure... we are not longer asleep... we'll fight them! :)
