It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. A friend and I held the yard sign high. The lead car finally appeared, flashed his lights, and the crowd started shouting "six more years". Then the Santorum Family appeared, Rick, Karen, their six beautiful children and a niece. Rick was driving and smiling. This good man and great Senator, just like the rest of us, came from church, to a luncheon with a group of people who love him. He spoke, introduced his lovely wife and children, had lunch with us and was gone. Then we went back to work, making phone calls, knocking on doors, and praying for the re-election of one of the single most honorable individuals in our government.
The press attended, but not the way those of us who care deeply about this man and his family did. I know what the polls say, but I am NOT convinced. And my assigned partner and I experienced an openness and a real strong response from the 124 voters whose homes we walked to and where we left literature into the night. People do not want this country left to the machinations of the Democrats.
It's as simple as that. And taking our example from Rick Santorum, we are going to keep working, keep appearing, and not stop until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 to get out the vote!
"Duty if our's; results are God's" John Qunicy Adams.
BUMP!!!
Thank you so much for actually getting out and working hard for a good Senator.
Well good luck to you, but double digit gaps in politics are pretty much a death sentence.
Probably one of the best senators; it'd be a d**n shame were he to lose.
You bet!! Please keep this BUMPed for the good Senator!!!

We'll see, won't we? I just cannot see focusing on anything but the goal. Call me stubborn, but I cannot stop working and fighting unitl the last bell sounds.

While you beleive phony media polls.
I guess you beleive every trial lawyer also.
Well, he hasn't lost; has he? And regardless of the outcome of this election, it is my opinion that God has a special place and a most important work for this good man!
Thanks!

VOTE FOR RICK!
I just don't focus on the polls, or any lawyer, for that matter. The goal; that's what counts!
Thank you!

AMEN!!!!

bump!!!
Keep up the good fight.
You have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically.
I wish I could vote for him!
Bless you, Nancee.
God Bless you and the Senator and his family...
We are, and we will continue to.
Thank you!!

I wish you could too, "onyx", but I'm quite sure you will vote the right way where you are.
Thanks!!

I could never understand how he ever got elected in the first place.
A conservative in union dominated PA, where thugs beat up good prople and get away with it, just doesn't compute.
I wish him the very best. He is like Barry Goldwater, a great man and a great conservative but the wagons are circled against him.
I actually spoke at length to Rick and Karen's son, Dan. What a normal, average, wonderful young man. And he is sooooooo proud of his mom and dad!!! I high-fived him with great joy!
