Bill Clinton is back. After leaving office under a dark cloud, the gifted campaigner is on the stump trying to help Democrats regain a majority in Congress -- and pave the way for Hillary to move into the White House.

Not that I trust the polls, but is anyone that Bill has campaigned for ahead?
Good question, though I'm not real sure of the answer
From what I can gather .. some (not all) are in tight races and Bill is out to rally up the base
He is ALWAYS in the news, for no reason. The MSM have no facts, no evidence as to why he should be considered a beloeved statesman, so they simply report that he's out there all the time AS IF he is a beloved figure of more than the Democrat core.
Were he to be hiding in shame, the opinion of most people would be very different. But he is part of the Shameless Generation, the strongest attribute of which is the desire to promote oneself and refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing above all.
Funny how clintoon is stumping in rat-heavy Massachusetts, probably the bluest state in the union. Makes no sense unless the rats are secretly in major panic mode that their base won't turn out to vote.
I got a kick out of the German paper calling Worcester "an attractive city". Last time I was there it was industrial hell. Lots of lovely "projects" i.e. slums for the people the rats want to keep dumbed down and on the dole.
This is nothing more than an EU-backed puff piece for comrade clintoon.
Bill, how can we miss you if you won't go away?
His popularity is something I will never understand.
He's a rock star to their base .. but not to the Average American
Clinton is just a new gernation of Jimmy Carter
Slick Willie campaigned in NY today for his WINO, getting ready for her upcoming coronation.
He looked weak and was slurring his words.
This is not a healthy man.
Rather Mr. Kick the Rock Down the Road". And it has been five years of war under George W. Bush precisely because Clinton did sweet FA for 8 miserable years.
European reporters are such weenies.
I agree...he's the best liar they have but he also bestows the "kiss of death" for almost all he's stumped for. I also don't think he can do serious fundraising in Worcester, a bluecollar blue city. If they don't have the money now, they aren't going to get any additional funding. I think the clintoons have bled their big donors dry.
I read a week or so back that a lot of their bigger donors were not giving as much this election. I still think it will a bumpy ride for the rats and that they aren't going to get their money's worth in the end.
He/s sticking his nose in. I've heard two automated phoners that he's done here in PA. One a few weeks ago to encourage Democrat absentee balloting and the other just a few days ago encouraging everyone to vote for Ed Rendell and other Democrats.
reincarnation implies a death...to the lib/dems ... they continue to burn incense to this a-hole.....
if he were politically dead...couldn't he just once stay dead and get the f'ck off the world stage.....and get his big face out of american politics????
"This is Bill Clinton, Tues is an important day..."
Thats all I heard when my eyes flashed red and fire came out of my mouth as I yelled into the phone-"#$%& you"
I can't believe I did that--a fifty year old letting the mother of all cusswords blast into the phone --to a recording no less.
But 8 years of suffering and 6 years of him and his nasty buddies working against our country was just too much for me. It was the closest I'll ever get to telling him what I think of him
It felt goooooood!
Clinton spent a long time toying with the idea of succeeding United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan
Ach du lieber!
...Former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl campaigned openly and former German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer behind the scenes for the idea, but the unwritten rule ... secretary general should not come from the most powerful nation on earth, could not be set aside, not even for Clinton.
Bill, please don't let it go to your head. Germans used to be crazy about David Hasselhof, too.
One investment banker reverently calls him "Bill Clinton, the world's president."
Argh! Please stop.
...Bill Clinton is more restless than ever. He is popular again and yet he is holding back...
He is holding back from getting caught again.
...After all, it's about his wife this time, about the Senator from the State of New York...
That's what he keeps telling her.
"...If she asked me to do anything, I would do it," has become a favorite mantra on the campaign trail...
In Hillary's world, heck in Deutschland, repetitive mantrasbrainwashing ain't no thang.
Repetitive mantras is what Hillary herself dreamed up so as to let him get some off-leash time every now and then.
...He has more than enough of what she lacks: charisma...
Huh. No kidding. Don't that beat all, etc.
...He has always had grand goals, and yet he doesn't come across as being consumed by ambition. Success seems to drop into his lap...
Proof that naivete/ignoranace is not the sole venue of the American press. Seems as if der Spiegel writers are afflicted as well.
He repeats it to wild applause in Worcester.
The Dixie Chicks scored front row seats on that whistle stop.
Then the music comes on, signalling the end of his appearance. But instead of walking to the exit, he approaches the barriers, grabs hold of outstretched hands, signs autographs, signs books and smiles for the snapshots his adoring fans take with their mobile phone cameras.
When actors lacked the social graces, boundary recognition and stage crew appreciation, stage managers from the old days added one more stage direction onto scripts: "Exit Stage Left." Later they would resort to the walking cane.
Clinton still isn't ready to leave -- everything is the way it used to be.
Who's playing the role of intern this time?
LOL --- hey! GOOD job. I think I'll head back to bed now that I am giggling.
Thanks Onyx. Sleep well.
I just want him to shut up and go away.
And take Hillary with him.
Snort.
Really busting a gut, ain't he? Rochester's a blue bit.
But then it's not like Hillie wants the 'Rats to take contol of Congress this year.
