He/s sticking his nose in. I've heard two automated phoners that he's done here in PA. One a few weeks ago to encourage Democrat absentee balloting and the other just a few days ago encouraging everyone to vote for Ed Rendell and other Democrats.
My wife received a recorded phone call from Bill this weekend. She hung up on him. Too bad it wasn't a live call. :-)
