Typical leftist sclaptrap trying to disguise their own hatred of the troops, the military, and all things American by procliming that only they love the military and it's those of us who support them who actually hate them.

What kind of looking-glass world do these losers live in?

Tom Friedman apparently thinks we're both deaf and illiterate.

George Bush, Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld think you?re stupid. Yes, they do. They think they can take a mangled quip about President Bush and Iraq by John Kerry, a man who is not even running for office but who, unlike Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney, never ran away from combat service, and get you to vote against all Democrats in this election.

Tom Friedman thinks you're stupid. Yes, he does. He thinks he can tell you to believe him and not your lyin' eyes and ears, and you will!

Pay no attention to that actual quote behind that curtain!

Hmmm, interesting question: "what kind of world do these losers live in"? Certainly not the "real world" that professors talk about but never experience!

Thank GOD I don't need Tom Friedman to do my thinking for me.

Actually, it's the NY Times who thinks we're stupid if they think they can pass of Kerry's continual contempt for the troops as a "mangled quip."

Why is it, lately, everything leftist has the aura of screaming monkeys about it? Why does hysteria permeate the very center of every leftist thought expressed? Why does the odor of insanity constantly linger about their logic, as if it were dead?

The rants of the left are a broken boom-box, screeching without ceasing; they have cast themselves off the cliff of lunacy, and we should be glad were it not for the eternal and shrill shrieks of rage as they plunge into burning madness...

This wasn't a mangled joke at the President. It was a clear dig at the men and women in the military. To say anything else is making up words that aren't there in the quote. Facts are stubborn things.

Ummm.....Someone should tell him that George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Don Rumsfeld aren't running for office. And he must think we're stupid if he expects us to believe that Kerry isn't running for the office of President.

I've always said that the Leftists live in a bizarro-world. Up is down, right is wrong, and the Dems want to protect the troops by making sure that they never fight.

Never ran away from combat? Oh, really? You mean Kerry intentionally getting himself wounded for this third Purple Heart wasn't running away from combat? Hmmmm. Revisionists.

Too bad he didn't have insight as to why he would attack the press secretary (since he didn't bring it up and was asked about it, then told the truth), or why he blamed Limbaugh when he hadn't even been on the air to say a word yet.

Doesn't matter. He meant to say what he said and none of the six lies he told after will convince the brainless he's lying. I'm glad Friedman brought it up again, so they'll give the pastor a break... and we can slam him again... since the DCCC has gone through so much to bury/spin the Kerry gaffe.

Friedman is Kerry's Ninja Campaign Manager.

He dropped the second note card with the scripted joke he wrote for Kerry to read.

Friedman would never think Kerry should have apologized, and Kerry's just a Friedman puppet, so what do you expect from these two colossal idiots.

While Tom Friedman is a skilled writer, he is cut from the same elitist snob cloth as John Kerry is. He "knows" that he grasps the nuances better than we do.

It's like John has kicked over a barrel of own sh*t . Kerry and of his friends keep on trying to put it back into the bucket but they only succeed in slipping and falling in it, spreading it out further and further .

The really funny thing is all of them keep on trying to tell you the foul smelly stuff they now got all over their bodies is just chocolate ice cream.

That's getting a little tiresome. The NYT employee is borrrring.

Deferments (approved postponement of compulsory military service) were not unusual. In fact, John Kerry, I believe, sought such a deferment to attend school in France but was denied. Rather than be drafted into the Army (with his inferiors) he joined the Navy never expecting to step foot in a swift boat that patrolled inland water, I believe.

President Bush was an Air Guard jet pilot. LBJ desperately wanted to avoid calling up the reserves and Guard but there were no guarantees.

I thank Mr. Kerry for his service. But I am mindful that Benedict Arnold was a hero to both sides in the same war, also.
