ARTICLE SNIPPET: "MOORESVILLE, Ind. -- Bible classes taught by a private group to third- and fourth-graders during school hours are being moved about a month after a lawsuit was filed over the practice.
The move off the grounds of the Mooresville Consolidated School Corp. is permanent and comes as the district nears a settlement on the lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana, said Curt Freeman, the school district's superintendent."
