Here is the full text of the Queen's Speech delivered on 15 November 2006:"

SPEECH SNIPPET: "My lords and members of the House of Commons, my government will pursue policies aimed at meeting the challenges which the United Kingdom faces at home and abroad.

A stable economy is the foundation of a fair and prosperous society. My government will continue to maintain low inflation, sound public finances and high employment.

At the heart of my government's programme will be further action to provide strong, secure and stable communities, and to address the threat of terrorism."

CAIRO - the chief of Hamas, Khaled Mechaal, threatened Saturday to launch the third Intifada if the problem of a Palestinian State in the borders of 1967 were not regulated within six month.

Ultimatum six months to regulate Palestinian crisis with less 3e Intifada

CAIRO - the chief of Hamas, Khaled Mechaal, threatened Saturday to launch the third Intifada if the problem of a Palestinian State in the borders of 1967 were not regulated within six month.

"We give six months to the international community for (to find) a true political scene. There is a true political opportunity for a Palestinian State in the borders of 1967", declared Mr. Mechaal at the time of a press conference in Cairo.

"If our requests are not filled, the Palestinian people will close all the political files and will launch the third Intifada", it threatened.
