Yes, as proud as I am of these families, we already knew how great they are. I never doubted for one minute their integrity or steadfastness in support.
Face it, the lsm won't give a hoot.

First time that a coordinated trip of families of fallen soldiers have gone to Iraq.

And it comes at a time when the debate in the war in Iraq is totally heated - again the Saddam nuclear weapons program and Kerry's comments.

Should be an exciting week!

They have to cover Saddam's sentencing tomorrow. If he's sentenced to DEATH, any further trials are moot. DUmocrats wanted the election to be about Iraq, and so it is.

1. Jean-Fraud Kerry infers that soldiers in Iraq are dumb.

2. Soldiers respond

3. NYT admits Saddam had nuke program.

4. Families of fallen visit Iraq (no quagmire)

5. Saddam sentenced (death by wood chipper)

News cycle seems to be working for GOP advantage thus far.

In the first 2 hours it's been reported on Fox News Channel, in the Sacramento Union, by Canada Free Press and just now at WorldNetDaily.

And we've just begun :)

With Melanie's dramatics on KSFO, this IS a surprise. The breathless, don't-miss-this hype was way beyond the actual news worthiness of this story.

DUmocrats counter with "Rusmsfeld must resign" and "recruiters caugh lying" stories.

Wow. That's new....NOT! I don't know what Monday brings, but I've got a good idea about the day after.

If this is really hammered and put forward, it might serve to make some people changed their votes if all they've watched is CNN and the network news. That coupled with confirmation of Iraq's pre-war nuke program could have an impact. The Nuke weapons program is the big thing. That needs to be hammered non stop the next 72 hours to try and dispell the "no wmd" myth that's prevailed the past three years. Three year old lies are hard to rip apart and there's little time to do it in. It should have been hammered last year when it was announced by the DOD that nearly three tons of Yellow Cake was removed from Iraq but it seems like most conservatives weren't interrested in riding that horse for some stupid reason. That should have been all conservatives talked about all the time for the past year.

Well that's good that FOX carried it. Maybe it will get some traction and have an effect before the election. The more we spread it around the better. It sure can't hurt. If it was really a disaster in Iraq, the miltiary would never let all those families go over there.

Yeah the Iraq nuke weapons program is big news and this trip won't hurt, and Kerry's comments are still resounding more than what he's said since, and the miltiary's response to him was strong and good. All that and if Hussein is sentenced to death, God willing, that will all together serve to help Republicans no doubt. 4.4% unemploymeny and 92,000 new jobs added sure doesn't hurt.

Yes it does. All the things you listed. None of those are good for the DEmocrats, and you can tell that because none of those things hit the evening news last night. All they talked about was the Preacher, and how good the Democrats are doing in the election. They didn't even mention the two Democrat Congressmen in Georgia that have basically already lost their seats to the Republican challengers. That's a two seat advantage for the Republicans forcing the Democrats to have to take two more GOP seats to get a House Majority and they were already pushing it in trying to take the ones they needed before that. And if the voting is so heavy Democrat, how could Republican voters take away two long time Democrat House seats? That sure doesn't fit the media bubble that all things are Democrat this year.

Good afternoon.

If the Left loses, again, won't they automatically think the election was stolen?

We all know that the lame-stream has-been dinosaur media hacks won't cover it, they are too busy selling doom and gloom 24/7.

They won't cover anything released on a Saturday morning that's for sure.

Guaranteed not to show anything that may show any progress taking place. Doesn't fit the agenda of their DNC masters.
