Kerry may look the part, but he is either not very smart or way out of touch with real people. What a putz.

I still have this deep felt desire to see the Republican's get punished by the electorate in next week's midterm election ... but suddenly the stakes seem to be too high. It took a statement from the Flip Flopper to bring you around Neil? Talk about out of touch...

Seriously. Boortz, you've been a complete jackass this election season.
To: NotchJohnson
The GOP may want to forget about running ads for congressman around the country and just pool all that money into national spots showing the Kerry gaffe and warning the public "this is what you can expect to hear, day after day, should the Democrats take control of Congress." That threat should be enough to get out the GOP faithful and maybe change a few hearts and minds of Democrat voters. Hopefully...
To: NotchJohnson
Frankly, Neal's coming around seems a bit odd. These are not frivolous times. Any conservative or libertarian must consider the courts if nothing else. Then there is the Islamist threat, the Iranian threat, the North Korean threat, and the Democrat threat. I hope more people wake up before it's too late.

Oh, well...even though he's stupid he may be helpful.
He may influence a bunch of stupid conservatives who felt the way he did and who were going to stay home to go vote instead.

Did anyone see Michael Barone on Hannity/Colmes last night? He was soooo angry at Kerry. Said it has the possibility to sway the election.
Not that I believe much of what Dork Morris says, but has he weighed in on the flap?
You know who's doing the happy-dance over this is Hitlery. Kerry's toast.

Not sure Neil has been out of touch, as Kerry's Freudian moment will bring back quite a few conservatives that were going to "sit this one out".

What turned the tide for me? John Kerry, that's what. No damn duh Neal! I don't think the majority of us were one bit shocked or surprised by Kerry's statement. SOP for the SOB.

Geez Neal, have you been marginally conscious for the last two years? Only now waking up to the real world, realizing what is at stake? Well, better late than never. All of these hissy-fit "take-them-over-my-knee" Republicans/conservatives who are ready to hand the Congress to the 'Rats better wake up and understand that surrendering to your enemy is no way to win a war.

It took a statement from the Flip Flopper to bring you around Neil? Talk about out of touch... Yeah, kind of odd. Someone as involved in politics as Neal, and is swayed by an idiotic comment from a known idiot.

Even if anyone is stupid enough to accept Kerry's "excuse" as a "botched joke"....DNC puppet Colmes is...,making jokes about our troops IS NO JOKING MATTER.

Kerry whigged out.
The primaries are where we need to eject the big-gov Republicans.
I'm glad to hear this from Neal.
Of course, I'm still going to vote libertarian in a few "safe" races. A 3rd party needs the votes, and at the rate the dems are going, they may not be around as a viable political party in a decade or so.

Speaking as just a simple conservative, without all the labels, Boortz has been out of touch for awhile. I quit on him some time ago because of his holier than thou attitude. Still, I have to agree with the previous comment of better late than never. Boortz and a number of conservatives forgot about the law of unintended consequences.
