Did John Kerry (D-Mass.) help himself in his Seattle news conference this afternoon to explain his astonishing remarks yesterday which sounded like an elitist shot at the intelligence of members of the U.S. military serving in Iraq? Short answer: no.
An angry Kerry tried to give his supporters and Democrats something to fight back with when he said: My statement yesterday, and the White House knows this full well, was a botched joke about the president and the presidents people, not about the troops.
If anyone thinks that a veteran, someone like me whos been fighting my entire career to provide for veterans to fight for their benefits, to help honor what their service is, if anybody thinks that a veteran would somehow criticize more than 140,000 troops fighting in Iraq and not the president and his people who put them there, theyre crazy. Its just wrong .
But heres the problem. In his moment of high dudgeon, he may have made matters worse. It probably wasnt a good idea to accuse everyone who saw the video of his campaign appearance and thought he was disparaging the IQ of U.S. troops of being crazy.

Ping!
Wake up America, listen to this filth Kerry and see what the ThugoRat party is REALLY ALL ABOUT.
Attention all liberals: This is what you almost put in the White House? You clearly did not learn from Clinton, and you did not learn from Kerry --- pure stupidity and sickness.
"Crazy"?
So Kerry's disparaging the mentally ill now?
Tsk tsk
BAM!
John Kerrys statement that only losers join the military aligns precisely with his uncorroborated testimony before Congress about how I, and others of TF116, committed unspeakable atrocities against the South Vietnamese. In my little corner of the war our boats and ships were ordered not to return fire from the village of Nam Can as they transited to and from Seafloat. We were expected to gut it out through the kill zone, because the village was designated by us as a sanctuary from the war for civilians.
Now he regards my son who joined the Marine Corps infantry out of high school as intellectually failed, and never considers the possibility that he may have deferred college to serve his nation. My son had the aptitude scores and security clearance to serve a tour with Marine Presidential Security Forces, before joining Third Battalion Fourth Marines security.
Life has come full circle.
BAM!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

You can always rely on a last minute gaffe from the Left. It happens every year. Let's just pretend his education "joke" was directed at Bush. Transcripts show Bush's GPA was better than Kerry's at Yale. What's his response to that?
Count me among the "crazy."
And the good senator is hopping around with a couple of limbs blown off, calmly intoning, "'Tis but a scratch."
I am absolutely LOVING this!
This link takes you to a thread I posted earlier with moi Kerry's non apology and attack on GW earlier this afternoon. You can watch and listen to this elitis POS not apologize and sound like Chavez attacking our president.

It was also completely ridiculous for him to pretend that it would be absurd for him, "as a veteran". to insult the troops when he's the assclown who still hasn't apologized for insisting that US troops ravaged south Vietnam like a mongrel horde.
The scumbag has been rhetorically fragging his "brothers in arms" for close to forty years now.
The Heritage Foundation says that our military has a higher, not lower education.

I just don't see any "joke" there at all.
What could that have to do with Bush PERIOD?
Joke my ass.
Apparently everyone I know is "crazy". LOL!
He is such a loser.
What a bonehead.
