Man, this guy is an unbelievable gift to Republicans.

Almost makes me believe he's on Rove's payroll.

You couldn't play this any worse.

I think we should call every Democrat incumbent and challenger and ask them what their position on Kerry's statement is. We know the media isn't going to do it on their own.

This would be very good near military bases.

He's such an idiot he wouldn't know how to give an apology should he offer one.

Senator Kerry had his chance to advise the president. And like 98 other senators he voted to go to war. Of course, he later voted not to support the war, but that was after voting to authorize the war. Or do I have that backwards? I know he voted both ways (as usuaual). Two faced cowardly bastard that he is.

You have to admit that it is pretty funny when Ketchup Boy gets himself pumped up into his haughty, "do you know who I am", "how dare you question me" mode - a little reminiscient of Louis XVI of old France.

I've seen his speech. There is no way the White house or anyone else has misconstrued what he said or the venom in his words.

He stepped in it last night and his hubris in refusing to apologize is only making it worse... he is currently standing in the middle of a huge cow pie and that pie is growing.

I'm thinking if I was a D, I'd be a little worried now.....it seems what with this, Michael J Fox and the NJ gay thing, they may have in fact spiked the ball on the ten yard line, just like Rush said.....

He also claimed that the White House understood what he was trying to say yet sought to "distort” his comments.

Wow, those tricky guys at the WH knew what he meant to say (even though he didn't say it) and then distorted what he really said by repeating it. Clever. Must have paid attention in school.

He can start by apologizing for losing us the war in Vietnam.

They actually have his picture hanging in Saigon as one of their heroes.

He aint about to do it again.

He just wants to bring attention to himself, or he is really stupid or someone set him up; perhaps the Clintons.

Welllllllllllllllllllllll, SKERRY, THE SKERRIER YOU BECOME.

But that's probably going to work out. Pride goes before a fall.

Lord, may his fall be intense, deep, long, and most educational, according to whatever Your highest will for him, is, Lord.

Now, as for what you said. Only an absolute idiot could have done it. Nice work.

In post 15 I meant to say "...as for what he said..."

Sorry about that.

Some brilliant songwriter needs to rewrite, "There, I said it Again."

I saaaaid it.
What more can I say?
I saaaaid it.
It's better that way.
I said it.
I will till the end.
There, I said it again.
