North Korea is conducting intense military exercises after its nuclear test on October 9 and even tested five ground-to-air and air-to-air missiles last week, officials here say.A government official said Sunday North Korea test-fired five ground-to-air and air-to-air missiles at a training facility in the western region last week. It seems to be part of annual military exercise to evaluate combat preparedness, but were analyzing the intention because the actual firing of five missiles during the drill is very unusual and comes amid Pyongyangs protests against the UN Security Council resolution against it, the official added.

Have they found some way to cross the hemisphere-spanning ocean that separates them from their enemy (us), and which we fully dominate militarily right up to their actual coastline?
Nope, but maybe they are hoping that after 7 November Madame Pelosi will "Albright" the tech to them.
OH North Korea ping list
The real threat vis-a-vis NK is the 25,000+ artillery shells (with 25% estimated to be chemical) that would rain down on Seoul in the first five minutes of any conflict.
In a couple of months, we'll be pulling Bozo Boy out of a spider hole.
After Iraq, I say the hell with trying to democratize uncivilized idiots. Incapacitate their capability and leave. Period. The lives of US troops are too precious for us to offer them as targets.
Take them out and move on. Elect me, and that's what I'll do.
Bill Clinton was once asked what would happen if North Korea invaded South Korea. His reply, "They would cease to exist." The same policy applies today.

Thanks, I was looking for that just now! Bookmarked for future reference.
I wish Bush and Rumsfeld would realize this solution... especially with Iran.

You know, that's what I'm starting to think too.
We went in to Iraq because we thought they had WMD. We got there. They didn't have them. Maybe they're in Syria. Hell, I don't know.
OK. So, we kicked Saddam's ass. Then, we offered democracy to a bunch of tribal idiots. Well, it turns out, they can't handle democracy even if they did want it. And, they don't seem to want it bad enough to make the sacrifices to secure it.
OK. I know we don't want to leave the place in mayhem. But, the place was already in mayhem.
Democrciation of Iraq was not our mission. Taking out Saddam was. Enough. Let's get the hell out of there.
Oh, so we don't want to leave it as a haven for terrorists? If terrorists congregate there. Bomb the crap out of them.
There is only one legitimate reason for us to remain there. That is to use it as a base of operations to take out Iran and Syria. If we're going to do that, then fine. Do it and get the hell out of there.
But, even then, that leaves Saudi Arabia. A place that no one seems to want to talk about. Maybe because as rumor has it, the Bush family has business partnerships with the royal family.
Well, rumor also has it that some of the 911 hijacking genocidal mass murderers came from there.
But, that's just a rumor.
Round Two at Punggye-ri could be coming up soon.
