Another reason to hold your noses and vote for RINOS. I exempt myself because I get to vote for 4 (2 state, 2 federal) pro-gun, pro-defense, pro-tax cut, pro-life, anti-illegal immigration, candidates. Let's not forget about the SCOTUS either.

Imagine the day when we have 5 Constitutionalists on SCOTUS and Chris Cox and company get to play the lawsuit game in reverse eliminating all these unconstitutional laws in these various cities.

Idiot LaPierre, all of those things should result in going to jail anyway, gun or no gun. I guess the last item depends on where the gun is being smuggled to. Into the US? There should be no reason to smuggle guns into the country, as there should be no laws against importing them legally. Into a prison? Then the crime applies to any weapon, not just guns.
