Darlin' I hate to tell you this but we are not capitulating at all. All we did was talk away a Democrat Talking point. Nothing of the Iraq policy has changed.

In sports it called breaking their rhythm. A team gets into a rhythms and everything is clicking. The are moving the ball on ya. So you go for the big place, the sack or the stuff the line of the ball batted away. Bush merely took the Democrat Noise Machine out of their rhythm. They were portraying "Stay the Course" as showing "Bush is such an idiot he doesn't even know how bad things are in Iraq." Bush merely took that talking point away.

So while the Democrats posture over their illusion of victory, Bush takes the ball he just stripped away from them and crosses the end zone for another touchdown.

Let the Democrats put symbolism over substance. Conservatives keep their eye on the ball and the FACT is nothing at all has changed in our Iraq policy but the rhetoric.

I know when you were down here somemonths back you enjoyed your tour on it.

Great view on it overlooking across at the USS Reagan & USS Nimitz aircraft carriers and behind overlooking downtown.
