I don't know where this interview took place - but if it was in Afghanistan, why the hell did we not destroy the location the second the interviewer left?

We see the English as our enemy since the time of the Prophet Mohammed. They are our enemies now and they were then.

Hmmm, modern day Lord Haw Haw, only this time they are forcing the British people to finance their own betrayal.

I saw this interview, or one just like it by a woman interviewer, on FoxNews this week. I wondered why we didn't kill the woman and the talibongs!

"Tories brand BBC's Taliban interview 'obscene propaganda' "

Everything that spews from the BBC is "obscene propaganda."

If the BBC was interested in being fair and balanced, they could have followed the interview by playing the documentary produced by an Afghan woman journalist produced just before 9/11, that showed what life in Afghanistan was like under the Taliban.

Recall the depravity of life under Taliban rule.

That would put some valuable 'context' around the words of the veiled complainer.

"Democracy set up under the shadow of B52 bombers and elections held under the shadow of F-16s is not acceptable for the Afghan nation."

You notice that the BBC did not tell what they did find acceptable for the Afghan nation; totaltalitarian islam flowing from the barrel of an AK-47.
