Yep. Our point would then be that it should be no man's call that a certain baby die, so that another man could profit.

I've never considered miscarriages as a source for stem cells.

Would they be the same as embryonic stem cells?

Never. Never. Never.

Even if offered such a treatment, I would refuse it if it involved taking a life.

Yes, I'm religious, but this goes even beyond that.

Well... there goes the NJ seat. Geez, wonder why he said that?

But it is Corzine's state... we know what's up with that.

Oh nice, now the asshole with the big mouth is saying we ought not elect Kean, Jr. We've all known that Kean, Jr. was a jackass and have put national security and our troops ahead of our disgust with Kean.

Thanks for nothing, Levin!

Sounding a lot like weiner now.

"I've never considered miscarriages as a source for stem cells."

Yep. But they have already been acquired and the lines have been replicated and so anyone who wishes to use them can obtain them.

There is no shortage of embryonic stem cells.

They have limited utility which is Mark's point. Adult stem cells and umbilical cells show more promise.

guess levin thinks we're too dumb to know that Kean, Jr. is a specter type. We hold our nose for the sake of our President and our country.

Too bad levin isn't big enough to figure it out.

I know... I'm supposed to vote for Menendez? Mark, do I seem CRAZY to you?? Writing someone in or going third-party will just get us Menendez, and I will NOT be responsible for that even in a small way. Sorry Mark.

Rush would never do such a dirty thing in these last days before the election. And further, Rush can stick up for himself and he did very well today!

Sorry, I'm so late to the lounge.

Can I still have a Guinness?

At this point I'm thinking of drinking something more than Guinness.

It's true, I can't count the number of 'can't get a new wheelchair' stories popping up over a week and a half.

I heard that too. Sometimes, in general elections, it is necessary to vote for the PARTY, not the individual candidate, because majorites hold the chairmanships and decide which bills and legislation are brought to the floor. I view Kean as one of the PARTY votes.

If a mother donated her miscarried baby's body to science I don't see an ethical problem.

I am an organ donor should I die prematurely. I see it as the same thing don't you? I would want someone to live if my mortal body could help them.
