If a mother donated her miscarried baby's body to science I don't see an ethical problem.

I am an organ donor should I die prematurely. I see it as the same thing don't you? I would want someone to live if my mortal body could help them.

Ironically, in such a case (I'm a donor, too, FWIW), you've made that CHOICE.

Breeding clones for harvesting organs is not a choice made by a viable life form with its own ethical volition.

In any case, default protection of the law is for the innocent.

JMHO.

Now we get into what can be used in brain dead patients while the heart is beating re: extraction, vs. what can be taken while the brain is working. You don't wanna know how they go about it.

Reread Coma.
