If a mother donated her miscarried baby's body to science I don't see an ethical problem.
I am an organ donor should I die prematurely. I see it as the same thing don't you? I would want someone to live if my mortal body could help them.

Ironically, in such a case (I'm a donor, too, FWIW), you've made that CHOICE.
Breeding clones for harvesting organs is not a choice made by a viable life form with its own ethical volition.
In any case, default protection of the law is for the innocent.
JMHO.
