What does NJ say about the pending decision???????
Stay tuned:
NJ Gay Marriage Ruling Coming Wednesday
http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=2603243
Bet your bottom dollar.............
I did find this notice posted Here
There was some discussion about it there yesterday - and they all were "praying" that the decision would come after Nov. 7 elections.......since a Gay Marriage decision would energize the "Fundie Right Wing Xians"
I wonder if Atlantic City can handle all the extra "honeymooners" that will be hitting the city in the not-too-distant future.
somebody should Call Steve Goldstein and find out some details./
THE REAL OCTOBER SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jersey is so corrupt that you might as well have gay marriage there. Let Jersey become the magnet for liberals.
No doubt another politically motivated decision.
Yes, but the decision will likely help Kean, not Menendez
Depends on what it is. If they rule in favor of gay rights, it might. If they rule against it, you'll know they were trying to help Menendez and the rest of the Pelosi mafia.
Ya really! We do need something to get the base fired up. This might do the trick. I am not really convinced that they will follow the MA ruling though.
Of course they'll rule in favor of gay marriage.
They don't care about one election or another. This out of control judiciary wants to usurp all legislative and executive functions.
I doubt that it will have any affect on the election at all. The base that would be stirred up would never vote for a Democrat in the first place.
I'm afraid this just isn't the issue it once was. The polarization is complete on it, and the center mass off voters doesn't really consider it a huge issue, in my opinion.
The decision, either way, will slip right under most people's radar.
Degeneracy Day
I don't think your are correct. I suspect that if Bush or soem others were to step up and make it an issue - then it would be a turning point issue .... that is IF the court rules in favor of Homosexual marriage.....
The New Jersey Supreme Court is a corrupt court, deciding matters on political bases, without regard to either the constitution of New Jersey or to the constitution of the United States. No matter what decision comes down tomorrow, it will be a decision based on the political winds of the day and on the orders of the political bosses. What a sad, sad situation this is for the people of New Jersey. Here at the beginning of the 21st century, they find themselves in the same boat as did the citizens of Chicago and Cicero in the 1920's. And, yet, those same citizens keep electing the very ones who are stealing their rights and their future.
With this court I'll be shicked if they don't rule for Gay marriage
what will this do to the election on 7 nov ???
The ruling is to come on Deborah Poritz's final day as chief justice. Under the state constitution, she must retire Thursday, the day she turns 70.
