I don't think your are correct. I suspect that if Bush or soem others were to step up and make it an issue - then it would be a turning point issue .... that is IF the court rules in favor of Homosexual marriage.....

IF?!!!! you think the NJ Supreme court is going to let a little thing like the law get in the way of social activism?

They don't even have to answer to the government of New Jersey let alone the voters. You haven't seen tyranny till you've seen the NJ court system.
