..And .. Duncan Hunter, Chairman of the Armed Services Committee has written a letter to Rumsfeld asking that CNN's embedded reporters be removed from Iraq. I'm not holding my breath, but I sure wish Rumsfeld would do it...

I have supported the president on the war and also Rumsfeld. But do you realize this could be Rumfeld's downfall?... If he does NOT do anything to castigate CNN for being traitors (propaganda conduits for the enemy), his support might begin to wane with the war supporters. I like Rummy and I think of him as no nonsense person, especially with media idiots... so I hope he will do something with CNN.

But .. let's be realistic - there is an election in 20 days and I don't think Rummy would want to rock the boat right now.

For me .. I'd be a very happy R voter if Rummy acted - but I can see where it might not be good timing - and would only give CNN the license to say we are CENSORING THEM - so after the election we may see something.
