Spencer certainly was not cowed by Hillary's much vaunted royalty status. She, on the other hand, resorted all-too-frequently to the tired clinton mantra that she has "worked hard" for the people of NY.
RNC should be supporting Spencer instead of writing off his candidacy. IMO He's a comer, can think on his feet, and can deliver 1-2 punches like a pro.
Or when it comes to the crunch Republicans in general
Setting the stage for dem losses being challenged in every district.
The Republican candidate is up by 1 million votes with 99% of the precincts reporting, we at CBS have this race as too close to call.
The democrat has a 500 vote margin with 25% of the precincts reporting, we at CBS call this race for the democrat.
One thing we can be sure of is if the GOP holds onto the house the networks will delay that announcement as long as possible.
Tim Russert continues the MSM's swooning lovefest with Obama. Chris Matthews spent half his show on Obama!
More telling is who is NOT on today.
No Nancy Pelosi....can't afford scaring voters, keep that witch under wraps!
No Jane Harman... she's lawyered up with one of the best, Ted Olson.
If people missed the Hillary/Spencer debate last night from Rochester, NY, I highly recommend it if it's replayed on one of the C-span channels. Too bad Spencer doesn't stand a snowball's chance. He was GREAT, bitchslapped Hillary all over that stage with quick wit and humor.
Yup. The conspiracy theories are already being written.
I cannot endure this Obama and Russert.
That was my favorite moment in the debates. I think it turned the election to Dubya.
I agree. She is the most intelligent (& conservative) on-air talent.
The video may serve as a useful primer for anyone running against Hillary for the nomination or, God forbid, the presidency.
LOL. Exactly.
Seeing Purple???
Is Newsweek comparing President Bush to Saddam ??
After having watched MTP for perhaps the last 20 years, I have found myself unable to turn it on this morning. I will settle for commentary.
Schlessinger had some bad debts and has a gambling issue. Spencer had a bimbo eruption issue altho he did divorce and marry the woman.
Hillary vs Spencer Debate is on NOW 9-10AM:
wabc tv Channel 7 New York
LOLOL.....thru my tears. Your election night analysis is right on the mark. EXACTLY
Watching my favorite Joe Biden. Whose son is running for Attorney General here in the swamps of Delaware even though he failed his law exam three times and has tried exactly, count 'em, TWO major cases.
Being the son of a Senator seems to be the qualifications for which he seeks this position and hey, the spin is that Beau Biden will win.
Damn I am so sick of this constant negative mantra about Iraq. Americans want us to WIN in Iraq and hey, anyone can stand in a corner and criticize endlessly.
"We need to set a time to leave IRaq" they parrot over and over. I guess they think that's going to win them elections.
The ONLY way they will ever stop this bad-mouthing of our country is via elections. And via the dead vote and nasty accusations, they will try to win.
Oh, and Joe Biden has no confidence in anything or anybody. Also, he needs a haircut.
