and where is the DOJ investigation this?

They're busy patting themselves on the back over their tough prosecution of Sandy Berger, the Clintonoid who stole classified documents from the National Archives and destroyed them. Plus, the DOJ is simply overwhelmed right now ignoring the Harry Reid scandal.

All this points to why it is so critical that the Republicans take back the White House in 2008. If Republicans were in control of the White House and the Executive branch, and therefore the Department of Justice, these crimes would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of.... Oh, wait-a-minute....

Nevermind.

Meanwhile the FBI is going to interview every stinking page that has gone through the page program for the past 13 years.

you are correct, its very frustrating. I just don't understand what is going on, how the permanent beauracracy at these agencies can have so much power, that the oversight of the politically appointed managers has been totally neutralized.
