WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. officials say North Korea's military has informed China it intends to carry out a series of underground nuclear tests, NBC News reported on Tuesday.
No further details were provided in the report.
The United States said North Korea had moved equipment into place that may indicate it plans a second nuclear test, despite international condemnation of its first underground nuclear explosion on October 9.
North Korea has denounced U.N. sanctions over its nuclear test as a declaration of war.

Expect a 2nd nuclear test any minute now...
The real question is: How many tests - successful or otherwise - will it take before the Allies collectively say "ENOUGH!" and actually do something about it?
None of the options are good. However, the alternatives to inaction are ultimately far worse.

TOKYO BREAKING:
GOJ (govt of Japan) announces tonight US time, that if DPRK goes ahead with a second or subsequent test, they are at once going into a completey embargo on ANY exports to North Korea. This will be part of their 'additional, independent sanctions' they will enact.
Secondly, GOJ as the chairman country of the Security Council, will once again call the Security Council BACK INTO SESSION for an additional Security Council resolution ratcheting up the countermeasures.
The Japanese government is taking a 'shikata nai' attitude (it cannot be helped) in the event they do subsequent tests, for they will have only succeeded in isolating themselves.

AFIK, the offal CIA estimate is that he only has material for a half-dozen or so weapons. Best we take out those two reactors Clinton built them after the tests.

Didn't Clinton give NK two reactors? Perhaps it's time to repossess them:

We can all thank Madeline Albright in her infinite wisdom (sic) for allowing this fiasco. If Dear Leader isn't careful, I think he's going to get his nappy hair singed.

Good. Make them use up their plutonium.

They are not capable and threatening a city of ten million in Darfur. North Korea has the artillery to eliminate Seoul. Backed up by a million man occupation force that will also eliminate the 40,000 US military forces. So do you advocate 4-6 million US allies, 30-40k US troops getting killed? So that we would not look mean for killing 180k North Koreans? Some of us will support our allies and military. Instead of buying into the Stalinist ideology.
