Expect a 2nd nuclear test any minute now...
The real question is: How many tests - successful or otherwise - will it take before the Allies collectively say "ENOUGH!" and actually do something about it?
None of the options are good. However, the alternatives to inaction are ultimately far worse.
GOJ (govt of Japan) announces tonight US time, that if DPRK goes ahead with a second or subsequent test, they are at once going into a completey embargo on ANY exports to North Korea. This will be part of their 'additional, independent sanctions' they will enact.
Secondly, GOJ as the chairman country of the Security Council, will once again call the Security Council BACK INTO SESSION for an additional Security Council resolution ratcheting up the countermeasures.
The Japanese government is taking a 'shikata nai' attitude (it cannot be helped) in the event they do subsequent tests, for they will have only succeeded in isolating themselves.
