I have never held a saiga 12.
Ya just dont see them, although apparently a few are getting in the country as of july.

I got a saiga 410 and its a hoot with 3 in 000 buck but ammo availability is a problem.

The other thing that sucks is you cant take em to the skeet range as the bolt doesnt hold open.

Nice machines though

That looks like a Saiga 12 ga on the top. If any freeper knows anything about getting high cap mags for those I would appreciate it. I heard from someone you can get aftermarkets with 10 rounds but I have not been able to locate any - assuming they would be legal in GA.

thanks
FL

I bought my Saiga-12 brand-new this summer
the list price is roughly $325, but then you have to add shipping and dealer fees. I paid $420 all told

go to Russian-American Armory Company - the current importer.

iirc, Spktyr had a lead on an American manufacturer of 10-rnd mags for the Saiga-12

I must admit, it feels a little wierd to be a dyed-in-the-wool "gun nut" and to have never once been to a gun show.

*shrugs*

Around $40 for the 5-round mags, *here*

For the 8-rounders, ask- nicely! *here*.
