I've been reading so many posts from FReepers who said they are not going to vote or will vote for a third party to "show Republicans that I don't support their actions."
Quite frankly, I am very disappointed in many of the actions of Republicans who are supposed to be Conservative. By nature, I am more of a supporter of the Constitution Party because the United States Constitution is what makes America unique. All else is secondary.
Regardless, when I think about the larger issue, America's security, I cannot bring myself not to vote for the Republicn party. The Constitution party will never win. My objective is more focussed on getting more Republicans to think more about the Constitution and forget socialism, and political correctness.
It is obvious that the Democrats' hatred of our President is so deep that they do not love our countyr.
Kerry, Pelosi, Murtha are exemplary of so many Democrats.
If you don't vote... Don't complain when the Democrats decide to pull another Viet Nam and commit us to defeat.
They just want to embolden our enemies, causing more death to our military, and more attempts like 9-11.
If Democrats take over Congress, those here who did not vote have themselves to thank.

If the fate of the nation depends on a single election then what difference does it make if I vote or not.
Never vote for an incumbent. In a few years we might return to honest politicians. This is called term limits.
actually
I would say, if you don't vote republican then you can't complain.
We have too many third party fringes and trolls around to not be specific.
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!! BTTT!!!!!!
Can I vote AND complain?:) Seriously, though, I have no problem casting a protest vote against the Republican if there's no chance he/she will lose.
Did anyone ask you for whom and why you will vote?
The most important concerns of mine is upholding the Constitution of The United States of America, The American Flag, and our military.
All the rest is a subset.
You said it absolutely perfect.
Well said, Cobra64. The kitty will know when to strike, as do Cobras. ;)
Rights are irrevocable. Of course, they can be violated as you seem to be willing to do.
Did someone try to tell you who to vote for? Or did someone merely basically say, don't come crying to me if you vote for the Dems. Big difference, IMHO. :)
"Let's get some feedback from loyal Americans on your remark."
My feedback: Spoken like a true Dem pundit.
Rudy nor McCain will EVER get the nomination. Lighten up.
No. And I don't need to justify by giving my prior voting record, campaigns worked for, or contributions given. I find it interesting that a seemingly large percentage of the posters here result to insults and demeaning statements if the party line isn't toted. Is the party that devoid of ideas and intelligent debate?
The premise that people who do not vote do not have a right to bitch is BS. In many cases, the concious decision to not vote is, in itself a vote. It is a vote for NONE OF THE ABOVE!
I agree. I alluded to that when I mentioned that I'm more of a Constitutionalist than what is called the Republican party. Maybe I should have been more clear. I've been voting Republican since 1968.
You must've been the one I copied the peso from to print and send when I get requests for money from the RNC. Thanks.
And I do hope the Republicans take the majority again in both Houses - and this time use it well. But I'm voting on a candidate-by-candidate basis, not based on party affiliation alone. Of course, I'd rather eat raw squid than vote for a Democrat. But this is the first time ever I didn't even consider that all Republicans were better than the 3rd party options - this makes me very sad.
Correct on all counts!
