The enemy is on a consistent time schedule again. The scouting patrols are on standby. We met at the Olney bunker for plans and breakfast. Mr. Trooprally made his world famous blueberry pancakes. The team sat and enjoyed the morning before deployment.
The weather is cooler and the coffee is just what we needed. With the hunger gone,
we set out to meet the commies.
The banners, signs, and Mr. Bull Horn are quickly assembled.
And we faced the enemy on the other side.
Then we looked at the nightmare on the Olney Corner.
Dressed in the old hippy rest home costumes, the pumpkin patch seniors displayed their “love” for George Bush and protecting this country. They had a few reinforcements show up during the hour of their peace protest.
First was the paper conservationist MS “IMAGINE PEACE”. These leftist still don’t see that people passing by can’t read their signs. Oh well it is just example of leftist intention over actual results.
Then there was MS “I can’t use full size poster board to express all my anger”. She crammed so much on the sign most people driving through missed the message. Oh well.
Then from our rear came a lefty who wanted to talk and express some logic. He went over to Mr. Trooprally. The Lefty asked a question and never let Mr. Trooprally answer. The Lefty’s real intent like all lefties is to give us his emotion with lies to fill in the facts.
When he did not wait for answer it was time for him to go. Then I stepped in. He ran to the other side of the street.
The donut girl arrived to bring the donuts. I think she had a few before she dropped them off.
As they "Cut and Run" after their short hour, they got back on the Sleepy Hollow rest home bus and headed for home. It was nap time at the home while they dream of evacuation helicopters leaving Vietnam.
Our real patriots continued to stand on the corner to show their military's support.
The Freepers present were BufordP, Mr. and Mrs. Trooprally, Cindy True Supporter, Lurker Bill, Our American Legion local members, Apple Blossom and me.

"Peace" on the opposing signs is double speak for "self-centered ignoramus".
Bush should cut off the head of one of their group, that way they will love him, forgive him and want to negotiate with him instead of impeaching him.
Some people will do anything for blueberry pancakes. ;*)

I have this very liberal friend who just HATES G.W. He is not interested in facts. His arguments contain all the old regurgitated cliches. When I try to counter with the facts, his voice get's louder and louder and louder. he has no interestt in listenting to another poitn of view. Talk about "open mindedness". LOL.
