In IE, click "Tools", then "Internet Options", then under Temporary Internet Files, click the settings button, then click the "View Files" button, and delete any "Cookies" from "www.billingsgazette.net".

That's a good piece of software. I use a piece of software I bought at Wal-Mart a couple years ago, called System Suite, it has the ability to clean out unwanted files, and in the browser cookies section you can check mark cookies you want to "protect" from both SS and the associated browser, so every time you clear out your cookies, IE or Firefox can't delete the protected ones.
