UN HUMAN RIGHTS HIGH COMMISSIONER ADMITS TO WIESENTHAL CENTER DELEGATION
HEZBOLLAH DELIBERATELY TARGETED ISRAELI CIVILIANS"
A Simon Wiesenthal Center delegation to the UN Human Rights Council charged Hezbollah with war crimes and crimes against humanity by targeting Israeli population centers and civilian infrastructure including hospitals, schools and houses of worship during this summers 34-day war. During a 45 minute meeting with Louise Arbour, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, delegation member Shlomo Bohbot, the Mayor of the Jewish and Arab twin City of Maalot-Tarshiha, which lies 6 miles from the Lebanese border spoke of the devastation wrought by the over 680 Katyusha rockets that struck his municipality. Bohbot emphasized that there are no military installations anywhere in his region.

How much do these people get paid? And how can I get a job doing what they do?

Clearly shocked by the photographic evidence, High Commissioner Arbour declared that the deliberate Hezbollah attacks on primarily civilians targets were deliberate and thus violated international humanitarian law. Apparently Arbour was otherwise occupied during the time in question.

What do the you think the UN is going to do about this "violated international humanitarian law"? I think I hear crickets chirping.

Well, of course, they're going to print a report containing no less than 1000 pages and bury their finding somewhere in the middle of it to insure that no one can ever find it.

Of course, seeing the obvious is a big step for the UN.

The fact that the majority of the Katuyska rockets were loaded with ball bearings = silence from the dhimmni's at the UN.

As if we needed this lousy organization to tell us something we have known for decades.
Busses, universities, private cars, disco bombings, purim parties, pizzaria's, settlers going about their business.

You not only get a salary, you get to travel the world and eat and dine for free, get free lodging near your work and during your travels, you get to decide where and when you should travel, you draw a per diem and a pension, and get loads of assistants to do the hard work. Unfortunately you have be a butt licker to get the job, and the butts you have to lick are among the dirtiest in the world. So I'm not sure its worth it.
