She is the poster girl for the Right, perfectly decked out. Shiny blond hair. The ultimate façade.
But facades are easy. I can put on a black dress. I can smile. I can make my hair look as long as hers. It proves nothing. What is important is what lies behind the façade.
Will the real Ann Coulter please stand up?
The real Ann Coulter is no beauty queen. It was her comments about the 9-11 widows that pushed me to investigate and to write my latest book.
Ive never seen people enjoying their husbands deaths so much, Coulter has said. And these women got paid. They ought to take their money and shut up about it.
Who says things like that? This is who. A woman who said in her first book that the question with respect to President Clinton should be whether to impeach or assassinate.

If that excerpt wasn't from Estrich's book, I would have thought it was from The BEST of Ann Coulter.
I actually paged through this last Friday at Borders. It is mostly Ann Coulter quotes presented without context and accompanied by whiny essays that don't even attempt to rebut them but heap scorn on the "vast right-wing-conspiracy" and the "religious right". There is almost as much Coulter as there is of Estrich in the book. I can't help but wonder if the sections from Ann's books were reproduced with permission, or simply pirated?
So on television, and in e-mails, I am inundated with reminders of the stories of Gerry and Mel, not to mention the tale of Barney Frank, whose male lover was not underage, but he fixed parking tickets for him, for what that's worth. To which I have a simple answer: So? What Gerry did was wrong. What Mel did was wrong. I have no idea why Bill Clinton pardoned him. I can't defend Bill Clinton's pardons. Who could? Can't we ever call a spade a spade in politics? Do you believe in right and wrong, or tit for tat?

Can't you move "forward" too in re Ann Coulter's comments on the 911 widows, Susan? Or do you plan to make this your life's work. Hmm?
Ann was at her best in this week's column on North Korea. If any of you all have not read it yet be sure to look it up.
Yep. Nails it.
Dry my a lizard, Susie-Q.
"I can put on a black dress. I can smile. I can make my hair look as long as hers. It proves nothing."
LOL, it proves you're delusional, if you think you looked even remotely appealing, Susie-Q.
Looks like Suzy E. got an extreme face makeover. Next time she needs to get a deal that includes brain surgery, if she wants to take on Annie.

"Personal attacks are the last resort of a depleted mind".
- Heard that recently. Seems to apply here.
Estrich's book is just further evidence that the Left is out of real substantive ammo.
...And now they're even attacking Lieberman! Not Liberal enough I guess. Go figure.
Actually all of this is an encouraging sign that the Left will self destruct eventually.
Thanks for the laugh. They are few and far between these days!
yes....loved this line....If you need any more evidence that it was a rotten deal, The New York Times hailed it as "a resounding triumph."
So could Jim Belushi.
And even he would still look better than you do, Susan.
What??? Kerry cheats on Teresa?? Is that REALLY what she said??
There's more going on than gaussian blur with that face, like maybe a case of Dermablend.
Looks like a guy with fake boobs.
Susan even has her "Star of David" necklace on!! LOL!! Like we all didn't know she's the OPPOSITE of Ann!!
But Susan (although she has a more TV friendly face due to plastic surgery) is still a very coarse woman on the inside and her words are not...never...edifying!
That's really what she said.
