Dear Students:
First of all, I would like to thank each of you for signing up for my class this semester at UNC-Wilmington. Part of my job as your professor is to dispel certain myths you learn in your other classes, especially sociology. If you decide to question these myths in Sociology 101, your professor is likely to assign you to sensitivity training sessions.
Because our university faculty is so overwhelmingly liberal, many of these myths constitute arrogant dismissals of conservative ideas ideas that your professors would take more seriously if they had a little more experience interacting with conservatives. Some of your professors have never met a conservative and could only spot one from a distance based largely on the conservatives physical appearance and grooming habits.

Evolutionists don't care. They don't teach about where life "came from" they teach about how it evolved. Beyond that is theology and should be taught in a different classroom.
However as an avid reader of evo-crevo threads I can recognize someone who has no grasp of what science is pretty quickly. Goodbye.
Either that or they know well enough that their constiuencies don't and they are better off just saying what those people want to hear rather than potentially upset the masses.
The theory of evolution has everything to do with the origin of life; it is entirely dependent upon change over a period of time.
You have no grasp of logic, which is a requirement to conduct any scientific endeavor. You are defending an immmaculate conception...
Thank you, Dr. Goebbels for your elitism...
What a creepy thing to say.
Irrational, too, since "the masses" don't know Mike Adams from a hole in the head, and would only recognize Ann Coulter as the really skinny blonde who's on the news sometimes.
Educated, socially and economically conservative, politically involved citizens are the market for these writers/speakers.
The Haeckler drawings have been shown to be fraudulent. Darwinism has been debunked. The left, curiously enough, didn't even mention Coulter's chapter debunking Darwinism because it's pretty hard to refute her facts. Has anyone ever heard a liberal defend Darwinism on the facts?
Nonsense.
Both Adams and Coulter are essentially politicians. They have chosen to be entertainer/politicians, but their audience are individuals of a particular political persuasion and it is very obvious where the majority of their audiences stand on certain issues.
Just like politicans who stand for election, their success depends upon appealing to their constiuents. Also, just like politicans, there is no reason to believe that every view they espouse in public corresponds 100% to their privately held beliefs.
Sorry if I burst your bubble of pseudo-reality.
Bless your bowels, honey.
