S. Korean Lawmaker, "Russia might have given know-how of miniature nukes to N. Korea"
Kong Sung-jin, a S. Korean opposition lawmaker at Intelligence Committee of National Assembly, told on Oct. 11, "We have intelligence that the reason why Russia is the first nation N. Korea gave advance warning of its nuclear test is because Russia gave N. Korea technology for miniaturizing nukes. They are trying to verify the allegation."
Legislator Kong appeared on 'Open World Today with Chang Sung-min,' a news talk show of Pyong-hwa Radio, and commented, "Russia and China were the first to know N. Korea's nuclear test. Even though it is not verified, we heard that N. Korea notified Russia two hours before the test."
He maintained, "I am sure that N. Korea want to keep equal distance from both countries, but it may also reflect N. Korea's deep dissatisfaction with China, due to its recent pressure on N. Korea."
"China got notified 20 minutes before the test, and notified S. Korea, U.S., and Japan in this order. That is why S. Korea got informed at 10:50 am (Oct. 9.) Since neither of U.S., Japan, and China had not detected underground nuclear test (in advance,) it is not fair that our intelligence gathering ability is at fault."

Clinton gave Russia our nuclear secrets (Design specs, missile specs, ect) as part of treaties he signed with them. Which treaties? Can you post some details?

It's obvious that Russia want us to believe it's real, and they want to tell us what we should do about it. This thing is so transparent, it's ridiculous.

BTW...How motivated do you think the N. Korean army is (let's leave Red China out of this for the moment)? I could see their elite troops being motivated to fight, but I can't see the regular army being motivated to just about anything except defect at the first available opportunity. Just curious to get your assessment on morale.

Total BS! Once again you don't have a clue regarding what you post. Clinton was responsible for giving the Chinese the ability to target their ICBM's with more precision.

Russia hasn'nt changed at all and can not be trusted. Its sad that some of the russians are proud that they support regimes like Iran and NK. They have no idea how idiotic and backwards they look in the civilized world. Russia at the present time can not be trust and the US,SK,Japan need to reinforce our alliance to deter any future agression from these thugs.

The Soviets sent those fighter pilots. The Soviet Union fell in 1991.

Really, some people use Clinton the way Napoleon used Snowball in
Animal Farm, as a politically useful villain who is somehow responsible for every single thing that ever goes wrong.
The last thing conservatives want to do is obscure the record of Clinton's real damage under a mountain of nonsense.

The idea might not be so far fetched but it's still stupid. You can't trust that kind of evil.

Not a chance. The Norks don't have the engineering capability to build that small a nuke. They have enough problems making one small and sturdy enough to fit on a ballistic missile.

I have a pocket nuke that I got from a box of Crackerjack. Lots of fun with toy soldiers!!
Note to any and all authorities: This is a sarcastic post. I do not possess nuclear weapons. Carry on!

Oh, I see you believe the fall of the Soviet Union was a KGB conspiracy and not the result of Ronald Reagan's iron will.

No... I just believe that Russia... will be Russia. It will take more than one generation of 'freedom'... for Russian's to come to terms with their brutal. yet astounding, history.

Fair enough, but you have never been there to see the freedoms Russians enjoy. I also suspect you are not really familiar with the truth regarding Chechnya. We have friends from there. My wife's nephew served 5 tours there and one in Dagestan in the Spetsnaz. Those poor Chechens were given fair warning and time to leave Grozny. They are so nice all captured Russians enjoy having their heads sawed off. They forgot to show that nice little benefit to Anna Polikovskaya.

I personally would appreciate a translation of the lower part, the drawing part, of the image you have posted. If you were to start at the tunnel entrance and when there are columns of pointer labels going from top to bottom would work for me.
I suspect that if the interior of the tunnel is 3 meters high then the width is much greater than it seems in the drawing. If this is not so then either the tunnel must have been filled in partially after the device was built in the tunnel end cavity or the device will fit through what appears to be a 3x1.5 meter opening.
The second possibility seems unlikely unless concrete pumping was used. The radius of the turns is interesting as well.
Unfortunately I am not up to speed on "P waves" but hope to be shortly.

In your #24 you think like an intelligence analyst. What you call "guessing" is an important factor when no high grade information is available.

The Topel M missle uses a system similar to the MX ICBM system.

RE: This design could disrupt P-wave
We see similar things in everyday designs - noise cancellation, innate sound deadening. If you can create what are known as destructive interference and resonance conditions, then P-wave amplitudes might be greatly reduced. The horizontal tunnel combined with engineered zigs and zags might have been a crude attempt at concealment.
