I couldn't agree more.
Maybe that issue will come up in this lawsuit.
Certainly it could be part of Kerry "defense" (ahem), so if he still chooses not to disclose his records, one really has to wonder.
The web site is here, since they managed to leave it off the press release.
Maybe not. It is probably to Hitlery's advantage for 2008 if the MSM pushes it.
Thank you. Keep you powder dry and we WILL prevail.
In o4, this was thrust upon us unexpectedly, when The Snake decided to make his Vietnam "record" his primary platform focus.
Many of us worked together to expose him and in spite of his being protected by the MSM, thanks to John O'Neil and many others, we were mostly successful.
In 08, if he runs, we will be much better prepared and organized.
If this traitor thinks he will get away with what he did last time (and "kick our butts all over the place" Paraphrasing) then by all means, Jean, "Bring It On!!!"
Its been a long time coming (our being able to finally admit we served in Nam and even, be little proud of it) and hopefully, we can salvage not only some of our own pride and reputation, but do so for all those (the 58,000) who were also slandered and could not defend themselves against this slime.
Be safe and God Bless to you and All Our Military--present and former, wherever they may be, and God Bless America.
Despite repeated promises over many years, Kerry to this day has released only excerpted (irrelevent) medical records, never his actual Form 180 recapping detailed Military Service.
Kerry's medals are phony, obtained under false pretenses on recommendations that he admittedly wrote himself. After four months in 'Nam, he was effectively cashiered-- rotated Stateside in disgrace. Out of hundreds who had close contact with him, virtually none respected his ability, character, or committment. The handful of later endorsers are uniformly publicity-seekers, ready to issue any statement whatever for a fee.
After Kerry's extraordinary Congressional testimony plus clandestine meetings with North Vietnamese envoys in Gay Paree, his self-awarded "decorations" were revoked and he received an overdue Dishonorable Discharge from the U.S. Naval Reserve (conviction for High Treason would have been more appropriate). For some years, until Jimmy Carter betrayed his oath as Commander in Chief, all mention of Kerry's military career disappeared down various Memory Holes. Suddenly --ta-rah!-- Jimmeh's "general pardon" obscured, but could not erase, Comrade Kerry's treacherous historical record.
Kerry's "medals" reappeared-- he had not, it seems, thrown them at the Pentagon after all. To this day, his statue as Hero of the Vietnamese Communist Revolution stands full-scale in Hanoi's war museum. His accusations of American atrocities; his undercover dealings with America's enemies in wartime; his slander of critics and opponents-- only longstanding, formal documentation remains to confirm every item. Kerry cannot, will not, sign his Form, but he can continue indefinitely to lie about it.
If this creep was a Republican, we would have had leaks galore over the last several decades. Anyone interviewing this popinjay who does not, first, present a Form 180 for signature on the spot, or second, press for serial admission of lies going back decades, is merely another retro-Left propagandist, unworthy of minimal respect.
"So, Senator Kerry, you admit promising to make your records public. You have not done so, and refuse to do so now. Tell us, Senator, prior to Carter's blanket whitewash, were you not Dishonorably Discharged? Are your constituents such clueless dolts that they don't know the difference?"
Better be careful! Kerry and his Democrat cohorts will scream, "No fair! They're Swiftboating us!"
Thank you for your service. My brother is a V N vet too, and I know he still feels the pain of being betrayed by the likes of Kerry, in this country. And it was because of what Kerry did.
Well said -thank you.
Please tell your brother "Welcome home" for me. It is really a personal thing for the vets. That's why I always get mad when I see any vets treated badly in any way and especially from sorry people like Kerry, Murtha, etc. Thank you for your support.
"We need to figure out how to involve Kerry in a legal action that forces the opening up of his records."
I wish that could happen! I believe the truth would come out then, and the media couldn't keep it from the public! But then, if Kerry runs in the Dem primary, maybe the Beast will make sure it comes out!
Admit it proudly!! And own your pride and reputation, none of you have anything you should be feeling accept pride! Kerry should feel shame! God Bless You all!
Kennedy got him off, there is no doubt in my mind. He probably got him stateside too.
Compare pictures of the Kennedy clan, as young men, put them next to one of this treasonous scum, and tell me they aren't related! I swear he is Teddy boys kid.
Amen to that ST! (But next time try not to candy-coat it so much, will ya?)
:)
No need for my thanks, and I will tell my brother.
I remember when he flew home from Nam, the soldiers were told to change and not wear their uniforms into the airport. Even so, they were spat on. When I heard that, it broke my heart!
He still has a lot of issues over that period of his life. I tell him constantly how proud I am of him, and his service! None of our guys should have been put through that.
Careful with your facts here. Officers do not receive a DH but rather dismissal (remember Chuck Connors as Lucas McCord having his buttons pulled off and his sword broken). Such a sentence is appealed and appealed and appealed again. It is a federal conviction and would be very public.
I believe that Kerry is hiding some minor embarrassing information in his record or just hiding his record on general principles. Now that isn't to say that his public record should not be carefully examined, something the media (including CBS) has failed to do adequately.
SICK EM
WITH LOTS
of very big and fierce bites . . . . 'rabies severe' laden legal bites would be more than OK.
I think he is kinda shy.
