PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The ongoing battle over the truth of alleged war crimes and atrocities committed by Americans in the Vietnam War moves to a Philadelphia courtroom this week.
An action filed in Philadelphia's Common Pleas Court today by a group of highly decorated veterans and POWs may finally hold Massachusetts Senator John Kerry and his allies accountable for the allegations they have propagated over the past 35 years.

The MSM will either ignore this story or put the heavy duty spin on it.

Who cares if the MSM ignores this story. If the New Media keeps it alive, it's alive!

Kerry was a liar and a traitor the nand he remains so today. There is blood on his hands.
Speed the day that he pays in full for what he has done.

Kerry and ilk have escaped being held accountable for their actions, past and present, for far too long.

If any of you have related ping lists, this might be worth spreading around.
Likely that the MSM will be too busy covering Foley or CA's global warming(TM) lawsuits.

God, I can't wait. Well, I guess I can, I've been waiting 35 years for "us" (myself and millions of my brothers and sisters) to be vindicated.
I just wish it was someway possible to bring suit against each and every one (from Winter Soldier/VVAW) of those who testified before Congress (first and foremost, the No. 1 Traitorous Snake Rat Bastard Kerry) with their lies about us and force them to produce evidence or admit they had fabricated all their scurrilous charges.
Every night I pray that Kerry will run in 08 so that we can finish the job we started in o4; then we helped expose this fraud and prevaricator of the first magnitude--in 08 we will bury him and his VVAW sycophant, coterie once and for all.

At least the lawsuit is not being handled by Judicial Watch so it has a chance.

He will run of course, but he won't get the nod.
He'll just be one of the many that goes down at the feet of "the Beast".

We need to figure out how to involve Kerry in a legal action that forces the opening up of his records.
