It must really bother the Dixie Chicks that Sheryl Crowe, Bruce Springsteen, Roger Waters, Jennifer Anniston, Dave Matthews, Susan Sarandon, and Michael Moore (to name just a few) all vocally and vigorously criticize the president and it has not hurt their careers nor alienated their fan base one whit.

Gosh, what could the difference be, I wonder?

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference? I avoid everyone who disses W.

That's arguable.

Marriage-buster Crowe got her comeuppance in her dalliance with Armstrong, and she's lucky to be touring with the talented and relatively apolitical John Mayer.

The B-uttfl-oss only tours Blue states or Blue cities these days to like-minded mandarins; his sales are a fraction of his heyday.

Waters is flogging DSTM for the third time, without the rest of the band. I was offered a free ticket and declined.

Hollyweird has finally caught on that Aniston can't open a movie (soon to fall back on "Friends" reunion), and her personal life is a wreck.

Matthews got interminably (but karma-perfect) bad press for the Poop-On-Chicago Bus Tour. Every time he opens his mouth, all I hear is envy.

Sarandon -- name her last movie. You can't. And that was her entire stock in trade, such as it was.

Moore -- How many times has the release of "Sicko" been pushed back? He was reduced to begging on his e-mail list for "horror stories" to include. The Left has fully acknowledged he was not an asset of any kind in 2004, and with that admission, his days in the limelight are over.
