How do we get the 9th Circuit judges OFF the bench?

Article I Section 8: The Congress shall have Power... To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

So, the answer is to have Congress either break up the 9th, or abolish it outright and reconstitute new circuits in its stead.

Give them jurisdiction only over Guam.

It's well within Congress' power to do so.

My apologies to the American citizens who reside on Guam.

In Chicago, we never deny a person their right to vote just because they have passed on.

Why not? They pay taxes too.

Might crimp their Social Security checks.

People who failed to plan for retirement on the expectation that social security would cover all their earthly requirements are reaping the consequences of poor planning. It was never intended to provide that level of income.

I see plenty of evidence of the same attitude from "native Americans" living in squalor on the reservation because they won't lift a finger to earn another dime. They content themselves to live on the dole alone. I see others in their community that are flourishing because they've taken responsibility for their lives.

2. The President determines there is no use for that particular court and disbans it. He can do this WITHOUT consulting congesss.

Ah, no...

The President appoints judges to fill vacancies, but Congress has sole power to establish Federal tribunals that are inferior to the SCOTUS.

Can he really do that??

No. See Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution. See Article II for the powers of the President.

"Why not? They pay taxes too."

In Chicago there is only 75%-80% chance they are Democrats when alive. They are all Democrat voters once their name is on a tombstone.

Which is weird, when you think about it. I mean, who could be more conservative than a dead guy? Except zombies and Frank Lautenburg, I suppose.

The best argument against the voter ID so far...is the cost of getting this state-produced ID. So I'd like to eliminate this argument very quickly. Set a 1-cent tax on every pack of smokes sold in America. If you figure that a smoker goes through at least 3 packs a week...we can generate this sum of funding to just make it a free card. When the court argues that its unfair that smokers pay for the card...we'll agree...its also unfair that any smoker pays for any tax revenue...cancel all tobacco taxes period. Cost should never be an argument.

For those who want to debate rights of the non-citizens...the last time I looked...only citizens could vote. I believe some fellows actually met back in 1776 and actually wrote that down somewhere.

I would love to see the governator just tell the 9 circus to go pound sand and enforce the law with the state police.

Figure it out for yourself!
Every Stinking, Rotten Politician (and judge), already has!

THEY can do Anything that THEY choose to do Because 'The People' continue to believe that they can change things .. With their vote.

"We are Not happy so we will vote accordingly!"

WAKE UP!

There has been a two party lock in this country for far too long. Both parties have become ONE with the difference between the both of them being .. who lies and makes more of their consticuantes believe or feel better about those lies. Hell, I could write a book telling everyone what is wrong and how to correct it but ... It wouldn't be politically correct and .. I would probably be in jail tomorrow. (Trees, Hangings, Public Displays of dissatisfaction comes to mind.) Mc

You left our a very important part, (or the LATimes changed the article)

The general election is Nov. 7, and the deadline to register is Monday.

What are the chances this ruling will be stayed before tens of thousands of ineligible 'voters' are allowed to register? pretty low I'd imagine.

That is right. This 9th circuit is completely Orwellian. Under the guise of protecting the civil right to vote they are diluting the franchise by allowing fraudulent votes to undermine the will of the legitimate voters.

There needs to be a federal law. And imho there needs to be a federal mandate to wipe the slates clean and force everyone to re-register, with proof of citizenship and residence, while providing funding to help the states and counties do it.

["How do we get the 9th Circuit judges OFF the bench?"

You elect a Conservative President who replaces the old Marxists with Conservative justices when they retire.]

Unfortunately, the conservatives have been replaced by liberals. And there may never be another conservative party in America again. Why even vote.

A decent portion of 30 million legal and illegal aliens VOTING in 2006 and 2008 is at stake.. Talk about voter fraud.. This makes regular every day democrat voter fraud look like a small glich in the system..

Its so scary most republicans don't want to think about it..
AND DON'T

Those commie Judges had to do something to make sure all the illegals who are registered as DemocRATS could vote. Things in America are pretty bad when we have Judges fixing elections for one party.
