Mark Foley Emails Altered?
Now the Mark Foley story is getting weird. (Yes, I know it’s already weird, but this is weirder.) There doesn’t seem to be any doubt that Foley’s guilty of making advances to teenage boys—after all, he resigned—but there’s something very odd about the email messages being circulated by media and left wing blogs: Foleygate: Mark Foley emails altered.

CREW has posted the emails it sent to the FBI (which are redacted like the FBI claims) and there are interesting tidbits for the timeline. These email refer to the 2005 contacts with the Page from Louisianna whose family has asked ther media to stay away.
First off, the emails between the Page and the House Staffer were sent on August 31, 2005! Yes folks, last year. Supposedly this is from the Page to an unknown Staffer (democrat?) who was the intermediary for passing the emails to the news media. So we know the Congressional staffer held these for a year and never told the FBI or House leadership.

I think that by Karl mentioning the "October Surprise", this hastened the Democrats release of this information. So Karl didn't have to actually DO anything, he just talked about it, and the Dems shot themselves in the foot.

Isn't amazing for years, I have used the Yahoo search to identify maggot infested pseudo journalists when they came out with their wet dreams posing as news.

This has been a fun ride, and with what has unfolded this week as the Rat Cesspool has imploded and overflowed with CREWGATE, the fun is continuing.
Why? Because the MEDIA says so? IGNORE THE MEDIA!! The House leadership did exactly what it SHOULD have done. When the former page complained about the e-mails in 2005, Hastert told Foley to back off, and by all accounts, he did. The leadership did what it should have done when the IMs were made public by ABC last week; they asked for his resignation and got it.
That the leadership didn't know about the Internet Messages doesn't surprise me. How could they have known? The Speaker doesn't monitor every member's computer use. Can you imagine the outcry if he were caught doing something like that?
What Foley did was his responsibility, and HIS ALONE! The House leadership lived up to their responsibilities as well, and we need to SUPPORT them, not denounce them for not being clairvoyant!
I heard some leftist on Hannity the other day talking about how Hastert should have known, etc. Then he started talking about how in corporate America or the military, the CEO or commanding officer has to take the ultimate responsibility.
Then it occurred to me that Hastert WAS NOT FOLEY'S BOSS, he could not fire him. When the "facts" (and I don't have a damn clue what is true anymore) came out last week, Hastert went to Foley and convinced him to resign immediately. He NEVER could have done any more.
Perhaps the 'Rats would like to furnish a list of every single homosexual in the upper levels of the federal bureaucracy and we can investigage each and every one of them to determine if they have ever tried to proposition ANOTHER ADULT of the same sex.
I think I saw on one of the Blogs or threads that ...what's her name...of the CREW group was involved with Pflame and Wilson....
